New year's eve

oh welll, it's the new year's eve! My mom and sis went out, while me and samurai finished painting our study room together. It's super pretty I swear!

I've stayed at home this entire week to nurse my pooor cheek swell, please heal before school starts!!!!!! I don't have much to say, but I LOVE YOU GUYYYSSS!!!!! <3 Happy new year's eve!

MY DA DA'S BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Omg, YAYYY!!! He bought lots and lots of stufff, as usual, he bought all the spongebob stufff for me and my sister. Sometimes he buys too much, I can hardly use alll of them. :/ BUT OH WELLL!!! He's BACK!!!!! I AM SO HAPPY!!!!

I woke up this morning and got the shoooccckkk of my life. OMG! MY LEFT CHEEK'S SWELL HAS GONE UP TWICE ITS SIZE!!!! and it's hurting cause all the anesthesia had worn off, and it kinda infected my throat so now I've a terrible sore throat and I've my period. and I had to take the "chunk" out of my chunky peanut butter to eat. Life can't get any better than this.

YAY!!! OMG MY WISDOM TOOTH IS GONE!!!!!!

I'm super happy/relieved! It wasn't that bad, really. Cause I got like 4 jabs. I just know there was alot of blood, Dr Wong's husband holding onto my face while she was using her mighty force to yank that thing out, alot alot of drilling, cutting of my gums (which I couldnt feel) and stitching. and she attempted to yank that big tooth out like more than 5 times, so you could imagine all the pressue I was feeling, but it wasnt painful. Hmmm. and I named my wisdom tooth Toffee, cause it was like huuugge candy stuck in my gums.

and I ate an entire bowl of steamed tofu and egg for dinner. So healthy right!!!

Oh well, and I got 5 day MC!!!! and spent a whopping amount of $700. 700 DOLLARS!!!!! plus I cabbed home today, so that makes it $709.60. Ugh.

Christmas

You know what I've been doing? My mom, sis and I have been on the couch, MOTIONLESS for the past I donno how many hours, watching this 80 episode HongKong drama my aunt lent me. Yep. I spent christmas watching some senseless drama with the other two women in my family, cause my mom was lazy to drive us to my aunt's place for our annual christmas dinner. But it was ok! Christmas felt like any other day, but it still felt pretty empty-ish, cause my dad's in taiwan. : ( He's coming back soon though.

and I caught up with friendss, : ) : )

The year's coming to an end, and I am in the most confused state ever in this year.

I still kinda like it when my world was round and white, like a fishball.

I am adding my fav. songs to my sister's MP3, cause my dad took my ipod away for his taiwan trip. and I will DEFINITELY be adding me and mad's no. 1 fav. song man,

I will definitely neeeed it to muffle my ears from the evil drillings and gum cutting sound effects on Sunday. Yes, SUNDAY IS COMMING. Goodbye wisdom tooth, I hate you too much.

Hahahha, and so I embarked on another adventure today, FINDING MY KINDERGARTEN FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK!!!!!! I still have this kindergarten group photo taken in 1997, well, I kinda found four of them out of maybe 30? I realize this one guy was in my secondary school all along but I didn't know he was in my kindergarten classs, and two of them are mutual friends with my secondary school friends who are in PJC, and one more who has turned into an ah lian slut.

Oh welll. It was fun nontheless.

Ok, party's over. Work load is like the tiny droplet at the end of a tea satchel held up high, waiting to fallll.

Yesterday was even more awesome than awesome! Me, mad and eugene were rushing around the place to get presents for the birthday babies!!!! It was craazzzzyyy, the underpass from wisma to taka was really jaaaammmeeeddd and there was this huge toy fair right smack in the middle of taka and everyone was pushing and shoving each other and ughhh, felt like everyone's evacuating from some volcanic explosion thing.

But yeah! This year's dinner kinda reminded me of last year. For both years, sak had shoe problems, I realize! Like last year, she wore this super high pair of wedges and she had feet pain and I had to swop my flip flops with her and I was wearing her wedges like a lady and jaywalking acrosss the freaking road like a chicken(I hate crossing roads)!! And this year, she had shoe problem again! Her back thing of her shoe snapped. :( And we all went shoe hunting! And ramen ten was quite cozzyyy and comfy (Y) It really felt like family, it felt like I've known these people for 10 years and we're having a greeaaat reunion! It was really nice. : )

Oh man. I really miss tako balls, but at least I satisfiied my craving for milk tea with chewy chewy pearls. and let's take more pictures!!!!! &thanks alia for the pretty hand made pouch <3

Self-centered people

Actually, all of us are self-centered in a way or another. Why are we always complaining about other people being self-centered?! You complain about people getting in your way, cause in the first place you wanted it your wayyy, isnt that being self-centered as well? Anyway, don't worry, I'm just saying this in general, it was a random thought. Yeah, we're weird ironic people.

And on another thing, I'm just sad that some people chose to give up. It's just a such a sad thing to do. : (

A lesson learnt

Never ever sleeeep beyond 2am, you willl find it suuuper hard to fall asleeeep even though you're crazy tired. Well, that happened to me this morning. I woke up like I was drunk the night before, it felt like a hang over and then I had a terrible cold. : ( and today's plans were cancelled because of my stupidity, I'm sorry pris and justin : (

Free movie!

YAY! Today, my sister treated me to a movie, and we watched Avatar. IT'S DAMN AMAZING, PEOPLE GO WATTTCHHH!!!! Kinda regretted not watching the 3D version though. : /

There were many little things that made me happy today, like the aunty who gave me an extra egg for my laksa, and the super super fortunate us who got the last two back and the MOST centered seats. : )

Hahaha, and we painted our study room today! It's like yellow and this really funky orange, it kinda looks like IKEA hotdogs with the mustard and ketchup. It was suppose to be this really gorgeous shade of red, but my dad said we had to order that colour in advance and so he couldn't get it : ( and my sister has this thing against the colour oraaanngge.. so it was kinda.. weird.

I didn't regret coming home before I went for the test, because I really needed that 1 and a half hours of sleeep. And, Media Law paper is finnallly ooooovver! No more "fairies like rainbows man. really lovely daisies" I felt happy for like 5 mins, then ok! Life goes on.

I have to admit, there were many things that I got annoyed at this week, but I guess I'm annoying too, cause when I'm annoyed, I'm annoying, how annoying is that? This week really has got to be one of the suckiest week I ever had for this term, though I can't judge now cause friday, saturday and sunday havent passed.

Steamboat

Soo yep, we had a random steamboat dinner at my grand's. I realize I willl alwaysss eat alot of fishballs when it comes to steamboat, cause it's one of the things I like to eat in life. I think i ate a whole bowl of tau gua and fishballs and now my tummy feels swirly. : ( Serves you right, yanhan.

Awww, it's really nice to see my aunt's tummy getting bigger and bigger, knowing that we're gonna have a new addition to our family soooon. : )

Yesterday was a really really chilll day. Went to the airport to pick my grandma up from Korea!! Anyway yeah, we had nothing to do also, so alll of us went! Then little did I know I would meet, Zhengyan, leeyen and yenyu!!!! LOL!!!! It was damn funny.

Then we thought the plane would arrive at 8.45, so we reached there at like 7, then like we realized, the arrival time had been delayed to 9.45!! Crap right. We were thinking of what to dooo, so my dad had a brrriiiliant idea.

I'm tired, but I FEEL SUPER ACCOMPLISHED! AGAIN! HAHAHHA!!! Cause of yesterday's marathon. I think our Thailand board very pretty! (ok la, Vietnam one also. :D) And Ms Sim is the super nicest teacher I ever had this sem. : ) Skipping law tutorial and rushing to print photos at studio and running to take a train to clementi to get fabric and stuffff and rushing back to do up board in 1 hour and rushing to FC5 to get dinner and then rushing to Theatre@Moberly for meeting and then rushing back to Business Block to do up the panel. Would definitely do all these rather than the stupid 8 page report.

FREAKING MARATHON!!!!!!!!!!!!!! But whew, luckily got Tam, Sak and Jit. HAHAH!!! Cant believe the 4 of us coincidentally kena this exhibition thing, and Sak to be in my UCCD class. IT MUST BE FATE <3 HAHHAHAHA!!!!!

And I officially hate buffets. I ate 5 of this crazily oily fatty scallops and fishcakes. UGhhh. UGHHH. And then I ate a bowl of kimchi cheeese noodles just now for dinner! Ok la, I can't taste the cheeese though : /

We spent like 9 hours painting the house today. Like me and sister's rooom and my parents' room! My room colour combi is like midnight blue with yellow ( not mixed together and turn into crappish green, separate colours ), and before you go WHAT THE HELL IS THAT COLOUR COMBINATION, it looks really niice!!! and kinda like banana's in pyjamas :D my parents' room was like... white. Yeah I know right. Different generation choice of colour I guess!

I cant sound really excited now, though I ammm cause I am really tired and my arms feel like falling off my shoulders and we just cleared a whooole lot of trash in our rooom, LIKE BAGS OF TRASH!!! HAHAH!! All the weird and unwanted stuffff. I still have my primary school recorder!!!! EWW RIGHT?!?!?!?

Escapade

Yep, so Escapade's finally over! I made lots of friends, and it was really fun. DMAT people are damn awesome and talented, I swear. THEY ARE SUPER FUNNY!!!!!!!! Omg, up till now, I still can't get over this melvin joke. Though I screwed up like both of my beginnings, but it was ok! It's always goood to laugh at myself. And me and sher, has an unbelivably amazing chemistry. hahahhahahaha. Thank you everyone for encouragement and alll!!!!! and I hope the O level students had super super lots of fun, cause it seemed like they did. : )

And then, I took the bus back home at 12.30am, and I thought the lecturers were lying about people sending you alll the way to your door step!!!!!! I really had someone sending me back all the way TO MY DOOR STEP. HAHAHHA!!!! It was damn funnny. Super super groggy bus ride cause I know the uncle was putting his very best to send us alll home quickly.

And then Sam's birthday chalet! Sam, you're not boring ok. -.- We really had alot of fun!! and played truth or truth and I wouldn't loook at some people the same way again. and heart to heart talk with Selene was super super super nice!!!! <3

Saturdays aren't exactly very nice days cause it's the day where I have to mop the flooor and make it sparkly clean. But Saturdays are pretty nice tooo cause I get to wake up at 1pm and eat a waanndeerfoool dinner.

AND I smacked like 6 bugs to death already in my study room. My study wall is stained with bugs' goo though you can't see it cause usually they have invisible transulent guts I think? Lights attract bugs, BRINNG IT ON YOU SICKENING BUGS, I'm in my "hunter-killing" mode. And there's this freaking ugly fly on the wall, BIGGG AND HAIRY ONE, IT'S SO UGLY I FEEEL LIKE SWEARING BUT I HOLDING BACK THOSE WORDS AND I AM FEELING ITCHY UGHHH

My eyes are veryy drrrryyyyy. I'm very very sleeepy, the aftermath of having 4 8am classes in 4 consecutive days and ending school at 7.30pm today, due to comm meeting. :( It's only the first weeeeek and I'm so drained.

AND I SPENT LIKE $7.70 on food today. 1 bowl of upsized wanton noodles, 1 can of milo, almond jelly with longan, phad thai and tom yam soup. I wouldn't have eaten the phad thai, IF NOT FOR LEEYEN who was eating happily in front of me. : (

and I really hate comparing how busy I'm with my other friends. I find it stupidly aimless to do so. LIKE OK YOU'RE BUSIER, WHATEVERRRR, I'm also busy ok I lead my own life you stupid busier than me person and I don't really care if you're busier than me just stop saying that you're busier than me.

Today was a whooollle lot better! CAUSE SCHOOL ENDED AT 12! Though school started at 8am today, again.

We went to orchard to shoooppp and ate thiiis MMMMMM awesome takoyaki, and we ended having 2 trays of it, which meant 12 pieces altogether BUT THEY WERE DAMN AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Impatient me ate them tooo hot and right now, I sense the grand arrival of the sore throat.

It's so strange how my cousins and I don't talk much now. We see each other like, EVERY SUNDAY! Well, there's nothing much to talk about. So usually, we all just get our dinner and gather around the living room and eat silently and watch tv. Alot of my aunts and uncles have always been wondering what really happened, cause it's really strange that most of us are not talking to each other now. Talk about awkwarrrdd. And you know, I hardly get awkward around people, BUT I get awkward with my cousins now. : /

So sad right! We used to be the bestest playmates and noww...

and I think it's partly because they have alll grown to be so good looking now! All very very handsome, since all of them are guys. Heheh.

I was watching this show.. Actually, I dont think drama serials are very exaggerated, it really reflects reality. Not everyone is as genuine as they seem to be, not everyone has good intentions, everyone has an ugly side. Afterall, a paper has two sides, just like us.

I've been MIA, cause, I went to attend a stage performance workshop! HAHAH, finally I'm doing something meaningful in my holidays huh. : )

And really, at first I was hesitating cause ughhh, the sound of workshops, sound so technical. Like oh you know you'll be doign the usual stuff, like acting and all that and the trainers will be there and stuff, you know all that jazz. But! Since I was free, then I was like hmmm oh welll! WHY NOT RIGHT, so ding ding ding! I went for the workshop, along with mad, cel and Q. Hehe

We were all split into different groups :( But I was with Q, and the group was like a mix bag of candies, with many many different talents! Like, me and Q were from comperes (emcee-ing), there's this doode from beatboxing (DAMN COOL RIGHT!), guitarists, saxophonist, clarinetist (reminded me of squidward), singers, drama peeps... So! All of us were talented in a way or another and in 3 days time, we were suppose to put up this variety show with like everything inside! and I made like lots of new friends! and you know how I love making new friends. AWESOME RIGHT! Heheh

So for the show, I was Cherry QQ again, but I felt so different without Marmalade :( Seriously. My first time hosting a show without a companion, it was pretty scary! And everyone really depends on your cue and the words you say... it was just scary. And Don and Drew from 98.7FM were there to grade us! There's so much thiings to learn from them! Like how to be imprmptu and improvise stuff.

But yeah, overall the experience was enriching and interesting. I love everyone, cause seriously! They are all very nice people I met from different clubs. (Y)

I said the *BEEP* word like TWICE TODAY! Ok, not said, but like screamed. SCREAMED!!!!!!

Cause, one I saw huge ass cockroaches crawling from my rubbish chute AND THERE WERRE FRIGGING TWO OF THEM. LIKE?!? MY DAD WASNT AROUND SO YOU KNOW WHAT I DID?!?! I FRIGGING SMASHED ONE OF THEIR GUTS OUT, LIKE SPLAT!!!!!! LIKE OOOSHHH! and the wall was stained with slimey guts with feelers and its badly smashed body on the racket. Then I thought dont have already right, went to throw my apple core down the chute THEN ANOTHER ONE CAME UP!!?!??!! then luckily, sis killed it.

AND TWO! I was flossing my teeth just now, AND YOU KNOW WHAT!?!?! the floss hooked onto my perm. retainers, and I YANKED IT OUT! CAUSE I DIDNT KNOW IT CAUGHT HOLD OF MY RETAINERS AND IT FRIGGING CAME OFF. I WAS DAMN #@!$(&#)*$!)@*I)!@$ ABOUT IT SERIOUSLY AND I AM STILL. the cement flap is like hanging at the back of tooth AND YOU KNOW HOW WORRYING THAT IS?!?! I know it sounds exaggerating, but I really dont want my efforts that I had put in going through braces to go down the frigging drain because of this stupid mistake.

I had a really great day at the workshoptoday and made lots of my friends. But heck, dont really feel like talking about it now cause the evening spoilt everything for me (though I had this really kick ass prawn mee for dinner). UGH, *BEEP* THIS SHIT.

Sometimes when you're enjoying your happy moments and then suddenly like out of noooowhereee, something sad and upsetting strikes and BOOOM! you're alll weird and confused now.

I'm not exactly feeeling that way, but maybe like 30% of it? I'm not sure why. I think it's the meatball wave that's gonna stir up my uterus in one week's time, causing this unexplainable weird happening.

But yeah, I was looking at old photos and stuff liek that in my treasure box where I keep all your letters and stuff! I am sooo zonked from TV now, seriously. and after 8 months of not bothering my ear hole, I wanted to see if both of them have closed, AND YOU KNOW WHAT?! THEY HAVENT!!! HAHAHHAH!!! My sister eeeeeeeep-ed the earsticks in, AND OMG THEY REALLY HURT BUT WHATEVER I GOT THEM IN!!!! HURRAY!!!! <3

Guess what's the most interesting thing that happened to me today? I HAD A MCSPICY MEAL FOR LUNCH TODAY!!!! Yeah, it's pretty interesting because it's my first time stepping out of my house (counting the days I stayed at home) to buy lunch, cause I usually survive on bread with kaya or jam, those ready-to-eat mantous and char shao bao found in the freezer or anything that can be found at home, OH MY GOSH CAN YOU SEE HOW LAZY I'VE BEEN?!?! Thanks to the big ass double mcspicy advertisement on straits times. :( I've beeenn wanting to eat it for days!

I've also been eating two meals a day since I wake up at like 12pm every single day. The goal of losing 3kg this holis will be achieved sooon, I HOPE! Ugh. Neeed a job now.

Cause, I've been a blob for too long. :(

Today was supposed to be a starbucks outing, then changed to MOF, then changed to dimsum buffet and then, settled at watching The Ugly Truth with my lovely friend. :D

The moovie was mm goood, cause I like Katherine Hiegl (is that how I spell her name?) from 27 dresses! Then waffles with icecream cause tam got 10 dollars gelare voucher. Heh heh.

and I had a really weird dream last night. Like I was at a hair dresser and I told the person I wanted more hair, and then she went to switch my scalp with someone else's (damn gross I know) and I had this really BIG POOOFY damaged hair and the hair dresser went to shave my fringe off so I was fringe less and I looked like an army boy from the front and this really weird pooofy hair monster at the back and I screamed like helllllll. It's amazing I can squeeze out random things to write on my blog as my life has been like a plain bar of milk chocolate, no almond or hazelnut bits, the gooood ol' original flavour.

Yesterday from evening onwards, it was sister bonding time!! I rarely get to spend time with my sister anymore cause she's an working adult now (teacher at a primary school) but now she's undergoing training. and whenever she has time in the night after work, we go out for dinner together! We went to bed last night at 12, because we wanted to sleeep earlier but ended up talking for 2 hours and sleeping at 2am instead (yep, we sleeep side by side). Although she can get temperamental sometimeeeeesss, I still love her the way she is. <3

Croissants

Yet another day is gone. I woke up at 1pm today (again) for 3 consecutive days. I'm amazing! and I've no life. but it's good, it's good. I like having no life and just spending time alone. My friend asked me yesterday whether I was emo or something cause I like spending time alone. And nooooo, I'm NOT emo. Obviously, that friend doesn't know me very well at all.

I rmb what sakinah told me a few days ago, we're usually at home alone in the day but in the night, we know our parents and siblings will be back in the night to accompany us, which I think is perfectly true!

Anyway, I stupidly ruined my breakfast where I was trying to cut my just-oven-baked croissant in the middle to stuff mini cocktail sausages in it and the crispy croissant was reduced to flakes and crumbs. I hate it when my food is ruined. Hate it. :(

and I've this annoying pet peeve about people not saying thank you. WHY ISSIT SO HARD TO SHOW YOUR APPRECIATION FOR PEOPLE?!? So bloody rude.

I am quite disciplined lately, like knowing when to stop and when to eat, cause i always thought eating 3 times a day is a really normal thing to do? But sometimes, when you're not hungry, just don't force yourself to eat. THAT'S WHAT I LEARNT TODAY! How stupid, i just learnt it today. Oh well. I pretty much gained weight.. but then lost it through swimming yesterday and then gained them back after today's buffet. and I'm gonna swim my way through again to lose them. Yay.

Oh, yeah today! Mom took leave and my sister was freee from her training, then off we went to yum cha at Zhou's Kitchen @ Queensway. It was soooo gooood, I TELL YOU THE MANGO SAGO PAMELO THING IS LIKE DAMN AWESOME LIKE THE EXCITEMENT YOU WOULD FEEL WHEN YOU CRACK AN EGG!!!!! I ate like 4 and a half bowls?!? Then the waiter was like telling us that once, this group of 6 people ordered 30 bowls of them and that would mean 5 bowls per person!!!! And it's made from REALLLL MANGOOOO, no artificial flavouring!!!! I was so close to beating their record but I decided to save my last bit of stomach space for har gow. I ate like 10 of them and then I ate alot alot of other things!!!!!!!

Yeah, then we went to ikea and bought a new yellow chair shelll and a blue pillow, and my sister and I lugged them back home together (Y) Strange how some people are still schooling while I was shopping and eating my time away like a pig. But who cares? Life's good! HAHAH! :D

Speaking about sak, it was sak's brithday yesterday!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAYYY GIRL!!!!!! Love you to bits and pieces and krunch like koko krunch. :D And we celebrated it today for her!!!! we bought her stufff and altogether it's called, "Sakinah's Survival Kit" ! and we literally made her into her favourite drink, Green Tea Frappe! Ohohoho. : )

Anyway, Sak, you've been sucha awesome friend, someone who will always be there to listen to me no matter what. <3

Before that, we celebrated for Evan. : ) At swenson's ice cream buffet! The whole idea of an ice cream buffet totally cheated us, cause it wasnt as good as it sounds. When bryan and evan left for some job thing, I really really enjoyed the heart to heart talk with madsy and tamz, two of my really really close friends tooo <3 Ahhh yep, so yesterday was an awesome day although it was pretty tiring I must say. : )

I CANT SLEEP!!!

Let's recall what I did today. I woke up at 1.30pm, I felt like I just swam and fought with the wavessss in the seaaaa, I was in a deeeep deeeep dream.

And then! I had dinner with my ah pa aaron, sweet ol megs and sexyyyy IBS2 at MadJack. <3 AHhhhh sooo nice!! I can't believe I hopped over the counter to get a free birthday cake for Sak. and they didn't give ONE free cake, they gave 4 CAKES!!!! By then, we were super full and thanks to genious meeeee we had to stuff ourselves silly. But welll, I really wanted to hop around like a kangaroo and make a fool of myself and get a free cake. I am weird, I know, but it's not like it's the first time you know me. The red milk tea at eachacup really made my day too, the pearls so bouncy doink doink one! Seriously! (ignore the fact that I say milk tea is bad for health and not forgetting the peeeaarrrrls, it's a once in a year treat yes?)

and then talked on the phone with eug and mad before my home phone died on me. I really really hope maddy the alien is happier now <3

WOWEEE!

Ok, blogger is getting damn screwed up. But whatever! At least I can type. ^ ^

ANYWAY! Yesterday was sending laoyen off to taiwan! I really really hope for the best for her cause I know she really really wants it, and sending her off was the least we could do to show our support. Lovelove! <3 <3 We took a loooonnnggg train there and stupid boy laughs at every little stupid thing, and tammy and I always end up laughing at his laughter and not the joke. <3

ahhhh, I neeeed a job to scrape through the holidays. Don't wanna keeep going out, cause I'm really kinda sick of going out. :( I went to try out for the florist job, but alot of people have signed up for it! I guess that reduces my chances of securing the job. D:

Today, I thought I could stick around at home but! Neighbour was freeeee and yep! Off we went to Udders for some goooood icecream and this guy called Kenny, made both our day. Hahahhahah ^ ^ Sadly, her twin couldn't come, so it was me, sis and herself. We also went to he library, a place where I've beeen wanting to go but was so lazy to gooooo and borrowed some good books and magazines to read in the night.

Today would be my sister's last day at De Laselle Primary school before she goes for further training! I'm sure she would be pretty sad over it, though kids can be terrible yet lovely at the same time, being a teacher at a primary schoool.. is pretty fulfilling! Seeing her come back home, falling asleep on the sofa while watching tv and her heavy eye bags but she's always so eager to share interesting stories! And she got soooo many gifts on teachers' day! Primary school children are indeed very generous. hahahhahaha!

that reminds me, I want a fulfilling job too. I got so many things I wanna do, and I might just do something unrelated to my poly course like my sister. Hahaha, like be a dolphin trainer! :D But yeah, that's just a random thought.

and mad's going kelong to fish over the weekend, I pray she has lotsssss of fuuuuuun in the sun and will be back home safely! :D

PICNIC @ BOTANICS WAS FUNN!!!! I like how laid-back it was, sitting on plastic sheets and yet feeling the damp grass beneath my thighs. THANK YOU EVERYONE AND ESPECIALLY MAD, CEL AND EUG for planning the games and stufff <33 :D

we played truth or dare, and everyone kena also. I had to sing a song to a random couple playing leroy's guitar, and it was super fun!!!! I know I'm weird cause I like doing embarrassing stuff. But most of my friends like doing embarrassing stuff so I guess I'm not so weird afterall! then went to play lao ying zhua xiao ji (eagle catch small chicks HAHAH) and playy uno games, damn laid-back and slack-ish, I LIKE <3 HEN HAO!

then went to eat dinner with sister! the end! :D

Yay, so today, went out with happy three friends (me tam jit) to walk walk again!

and I spent half an hour figuring how to use a can opener to open the can of luncheon meat. BUT I OPENED IT!!!! I WAS SO ECSATIC!!!! :D my dad said he was very proud of me.

It was raining cats and dogs today, what a great way to start the holidays.

It was a really random day starting with me going to dover to meet eug and mad to eat ColdRock!! Thanks eug for treating :D and went to ColdStorage to walk walk - ahhhh gotta love the smell of ColdStorage, smells of cold ham and bread.

Mad and I went to eat wanton noodles while eug went to cut hair. I hope eugene is feeling superduper better now cause he was emo-ing for the rest of the time, YOUR HAIR LOOKS GOOD OK! very sepcial <3 <3 Then went to meeet leeyen, leeyen's boyfriend to be, tammy and jit! Then went home together cause we were tired. Tired like a sack of potatoes.

We celebrated dax and bestfriend's birthdays yesterday at Fish&Co! and I thought I wasn't gonna enjoy it as much due to exam blues and stuff, but IT WAS SO FUNN!!! filled with lots of good catching up, laughter and goood foood ^ ^ and I REALLY LOVE how Fish&Co celebrates people's birthdays : )

and I still have 10 over chapters to finish for MMR. D: Shalll post photos when blogger gets better. : )

Dinner

Today's dinner was exceptionally good! 8D

Pa cooked tom yam soup and made his own fishcakes!!!! and then I drowned my sorrows in a huge mug of soya milk, awesome. Who needs alcohol?

and yesterday! Me and char applied to be a part-time barrista at starbucks 8D I VERY HAPPY!!!! Hopefully, we both get the calll and I hope I won't get disappointed like the job at the cake shop. Shucks, I really wanted to work at the cake shop. I just want to have a part-time job and make myself more useful. Like this, I can contribute to the society 8D Yesterday's study session was quite a failure but nevertheless, we had alot of fun divulging secrets ^ ^

I feel like there's a sushi chef up there in my head, slicing some good sashimi in my brain cause it's hurting. I don't hate my life but it's starting to lose its colours. It used to be a colourful pretty painting, but it had been accidentally thrown in the river and colour is running. I AM RUNNINg OUT OF COLOURS!!! and I have no idea what I am talking about now. Sushi buffet after exams!!!!!! (YAY)for now, consumer behaviour. (YUCK)

I suck. I played with my retainers. and they are looose now!!!!

But I can't help it!! Especially it's soo addictive to click it with my tongue.

I suck even more cause I havent been really studying. I pounced on my bed just awhile ago and stared into space for half an hour. Whaaddahell were you doing yanhan?!?!?!

Maybe I should quit whining and start studying now.

I'm currently playing with the retainers in my mouth. It's so annoyingly fun! Ok, it's quite gross, but fuuun :D:D Studying in school today = FAIL, terribly. hahahhahahaha!!! I wonder why nowadays people like to use the word "epic" like put "epic" in front of everything one eh! then capslock it, like, EPIC FAIL or like EPIC FALLLL or EPIC EXPRESSION, ok whatever.



ANYWAY! Our MMR report is done! AHHAHHAHA, ahhh 2 nights of staying over and all that crap.

Heheh, this boy made my day! On my way for dental to remove my braces, this little boy was crying hysterically and his father was trying so hard to console him. And it attracted alot alot of attention. And, I opened my bag to seee what I can use to cheer him up and I took out my two ugly doll keychains that mad they all bought for me, and I tapped on the father's shoulder gently. The little boy turned, stopped his waterworks and reached his hands out for Peaco (the pink ugly doll) and smiled! :D



And my sister treated me to ichiban sushi after I took out my braces!!! So awesome right right !! :D

Good riddance!

I started wearing braces last march, and it had been 1 year 5 months! Very fast right! It had been a pretty amazing (but painful) journey. I had horrible horrible teeth last time. You wouldn't imagine how my teeth were last time.

DISGUSTING RIGHT! you seee two missing bottom teeth, and there's also two missing upper teeth. I extracted 4 premolars. I still can't believe how brave I was.




First few months of wearing braces were ugly moments. That's the second month! My teeth were still bulging out and messy. and it was difficult to talk and eat, cause it would always cause abrasion against my lips. and I was really paranoid about cleaning my teeth then, and I cleaned my teeth after every time I ate something. But soon, I couldn't be bothered when time passed by. hahahahah. The thing about braces is that you need patience to see results. :D

So yesterday, I went to take out my braces! I took a final picture of my teeth before I went in. GOODBYE BRACES!



And you know how the dentist take out anot? She yanked them out with exactly the same pliers she used to extract my teeth. PLIERS! I was reallly taken aback and it was a pretty torturous 5 mins BUT!! I guess it was alll worthwhile and I felt pretty naked without them the moment she yanked out the last metal bracket, and my teeth felt so vulnerable! Like they were all gonna falll. I alwayssss have dreams where my braces came out and my teeth came out.



Yep, that's the wire and the brackets. Almost immediately, Dr Wong started to clean my teeth! I like this part. I had permanent retainers for my lower arch, so she glued my teeth and had the retainers cemented onto my teeth on the inside, so it looks normal on the outside. The process took quite a whiiiilleeee... and it's quite weird I must say, like you can feel the cement bulge thing against your tongue, but I guess I would get used to it!

Braaaaceee myself

Alright! I am getting them out on wed instead, cause my appointment clashed with my OM CA3. But come to think of it, I WAS GLAD IT CLASHED! Cause, welll, I have two more days to run over the metal brackets with my tongue. Ok, that sounds wrong. Gonna miss these metallic babies. :'(

Just went to the dentist to do teeth impression for my permanent retainers for my lower arch, Omg, I CANT BELIEVE IT'S BEEN SUCH A FAST JOURNEY! And it's gonna end tomorrow. And do you know what I am doing now? I am still in school doing MMR, MMR!!!!!! and I had ice-therapy with tam again at udders yesterday! I can't get enough of ice-cream, since ice-cream cures everything, including heart-aches, stresss and more. ^ ^

A letter to you, my love

Everything's coming to an end. Our relationship lasted for a long 1 year and 5 months and I am not sure if I'm going to be sad, but I'm sure gonna miss you.

I thank you for letting me eat a whole apple in peace (what's the joy of eating cubed apples?), thank you for making me look special in photos and thank you for eliminating my fear of extracting teeth and thank you for the colours you brought into my life. Though there were bad times, I forgive you for scratching my lip at unexpected moments and for letting unsightly food bits to get caught up in my teeth. It's not like it's your fault.

Tomorrow might be our final goodbye.

after a super awesome night, life went back to normal again where it was time to hit the 5 chapters of OM notes for Monday test and DMA and MMR report, again. I can't really recall a night where i had a really reallly.. goood sleeep this week or watched the tv... But I watched doremon today!

Sleepover @ Tam's + chionging MMR report + FW, sounded like a really good idea at first.

But it wasn't exactly so.

We survived a looong night with only 1 and a half hours of sleep, tom yam noodles with coke for supper, laughing over stupid stuffff... Man, skipping sleeep and chiong-ing MMR report is no easy feat.. So zonked right now.

Had a really bland bowl of wanton noodles for morning but still satisfying, and a cup of hot tea with lemons. I am starting to think of the report dateline which is on friday, and we're bareeellly there, and the editting of film that has to be done by next tuesday, next OM test on Monday which constitutes 30% of our marks with 5 topics to be tested... and the 3 major exams that are coming in two weeks time...

I'm just thankful we've finished feature writing and law. : )

The tingly feeeling

Where's that weird tingly fuzzy gooood feeeelingg? How come I'm not feeling it? What issit like to falll in love all over again?

It's funny when my friends talk to me about their problems with their crushes and alll, how come I don't seem to have a crush on someone at all since 2009 started?!? I hope there's nothing wrong with me ><

Anyway, today was aweesooommmeee, havent met ally belly for SO SOOO LONG!!!! <3 missed her tons. together with ally and jit, we had the ultimate ICE CREAM THERAPPPYYYY!!!!! <3 and went to walk around shopsss and looking at CDs and looking at random furniture and household items and lying on the comfy-est bed i had ever laid on.. ahhh the cheap thrillllssss.<3 <3 ON A SATURDAY!!!!!

Had a good sleep last night! I loooveeedd last night. UP was such a heartwarming movie, PLEASE WATCH IT EVERYONE!!! I would be willing to watch another time. I cried many many times D: Crap, it sucks to be emotional sometimes. And I love sister outings, cause we hardly have it now since my sister is sooo busy with school (she teaches in a primary school now) and had driving lessons last time on weekends, AND NOW SHE HAS BAKING LESSONS ON WEEKENDS!

Just love spending time at home, watching hong kong drama at 9pm on tele with sis and mom, reading boooks on the sofa, taking a cold shower... Really wish to have more time at home and to spend it with my family.

Gems today sucked even more. I AM SOOO GLAAADDDD it's gonna be the last lesson. Gems sucked because of the teacher. I really really don't like her. But I'm really gonna missss my one and only random friend I made in Gems, Maureen, cause she's a super duper nice girl I swear. :o)

Omg, had insomnia last night. Sucked. what a bad night. Hai, everything just sucked this week, all the late night sleeping and crap. Had ice-cream therapy oon moonday, and thank goooodnesss I'm gonna have another, with ally belly and maybe jit, tmr. : ) and and and!!!! Sell Fish

Today, I saw a handicap lady on a wheelchair. She was waiting patiently for those selfish inconsiderate baskets who was using the bigger MRT gates to tap their cards and exit. Arent the bigger MRT gates there for the disabled? and for those people who carry bulky items? Stupid baskets.

Who cared about the poor blind helpless uncle who just got out of the train? Nobody. He almost went past the danger zone and could have fallen onto the tracks and fortunately I caught hold of him. Issit so hard to take the initiative sometimes? Issit because they didn't have time and they were rushing else where? Or issit these people just dont care?

Selfish people only care about themselves. I've seeen enough uglynesss in people.

Tonight, I had a little father/daughter bonding time with pa :D

We went to his good friend, Larry uncle's, house to conduct my interview with Rebecca aunty! :D Cause for my feature writing assignement, I have to interview someone who's over 50 years old! It was very very funny I swear. My most unenjoyable interview!!! :D I really enjoyed talking to her, though I don't really know her. ^ ^

Then I taught pa how to drink slurpee. I cant believe he has NEVER ever drank slurpee before!

Today, a worm fell on my head while we were filming! and I got slightly sun burnt! and I was a hip hop dancer for a day! hahaha, the sacrifices that we make. but filming was really fun! and leeyen's rainbow umbrella is really really pretty <3 THANK YOU SO MUCH EDWIN AND CHARMAINE! You guys are awesomeeee <3

and yesterday! We went to kbox!!! Me, eug, tam, mad, celest and eug's friend zacson, who became my new friend! and who turns out to be mad's senior as well! Super awesome. ^ ^ hahahah! and i realized everyone in there can sing super welll!!! :O I was in awe. hahaha!!! then after that we went to talk talk and arcade. But it was a good day, I must say! and I got a twee dollar during MMR lecture! : )

Sunday and Today!

On Sunday, which was yesterday, we went to grandma's house as usual. Just that my sister took the wheel for the first time after she got her license! Honestly, I was kinda scared at first! Especially when she left the carpark and hit onto something the next second -.- But since it was her first time driving alll of us, the 3 of us (me, dad and mom) gave her our trust wholeheartedly!!! <3 and thankfully, we reached grand's safely. And I just looooveeee going to my grandma's house, cause there's just sooooooo many things to eat. OMG AND SHE MADE SPRING ROLLS. I LOVE HER SPRING ROLLS!!! I TELL YOU!!! DAMN CRUNCHY CRUNCHY ONE!!!! WAHLAO!!!!! I ate like 8 or 9 of them!!!!!! AHHHH!!! Until my teeth cannot tahan anymore. Then we watched harry potter together! I like watching tv with alot of people. It's very nice. It's kind of strange to seee my cousins alll grown up now. I always tell my cousins like, "Omg dont you guys find it very strange now!!! We're all grown up and alll.. and we used to play this! and we used to play that " And they would give me this "Get over it, woman -.- " look. Oh welll, guys will always be guys (my cousins are all guys) And it's kind of strange that, every sunday, almost without fail, we would alll always go to my grandma's house. I have been going there since forever! It's filled with sooo many lovely memories :D Then we went back home to celebrate Pa's birthday :D

Today, I woke up late, thanks to my spoilt alarm clock! But it was ok! I spent my entire morning reading Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince. And eating fishball noodles. I was disappointed, cause the noodle was soggy and I didnt like it very much :( But mad cheered my day up by buying me my fav. snack!!!!! :D :D
